David D. Randolph
David D. Randolph has worked in the information system industry for over 27 years, during which time he has performed many roles and has obtained significant knowledge and expertise in the area of Information Technology computing solutions for businesses across multiple industries. David graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Upon graduation, he began his career at a leading software development company as an applications programmer and advanced to become a company officer. David is cofounder and president of Open Solutions Technologies, Inc. and has provided IT computing solution services for some of the largest companies and government agencies. When not working on IT projects, David enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and watching sports.
James Weeks
James Weeks has worked in the information management industry for almost 30 years. James is a founding partner and has extensive experience in every facet of the information technology industry. A results-oriented, business focused, technology savvy, executive with P&L experience, extensive expertise in the development of business strategies, enterprise architectures, IT strategies, organizational goals, mission & objectives, technology and business alignment, risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies and new business development strategies and plans. James has over 20 years of experience in portfolio, program and project management. Additionally, James has over 26 years of experience in the architecture, design, implementation, documentation, and testing of enterprise class business solutions. James is also an experienced practitioner of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for systems development, the Rational Unified Process (RUP) for rapid software development and SCRUM for agile software development. He also develops Enterprise and Solution Architectures using the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Treasury Enterprise Architecture Framework (TEAF), and Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEAF) framework.
